Created an entirely new web eCommerce experience for a local bike shop chain. The client wanted to start selling products online to compete with online retailers. We also discovered opportunities to use the website to automate certain tasks that the shop staff is often bogged down with. These included checking in bike repairs, scheduling service appointments and booking test rides. The result was a beautiful responsive eCommerce website that now pulls its own weight (actually more) and integrates with their CRM, Google calendars and inventory management software.
